- Order Processing: All orders are carefully checked, prepared, and packaged within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. During peak holiday seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.
- Shipping Costs: We offer Free Insured Shipping on any purchase of two (2) or more items. For single-item purchases, a standard insured shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: A unique tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your package live at any time.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Important Notes:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of Ophra Studio’s control (such as customs clearance delays or local courier issues).
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to the customer's refusal to pay local customs fees, no refund will be issued.
